Stratis Kingston, the founder and Creative Director of Lotoolz, a creative agency in Lagos announces Amala Life Tour, an affordable tour brand that wants to help people explore local meals and iconic places in Partnership with The Bees NG, a PR firm in Abeokuta, AdireWorld, a Creative textile design outfit in Lagos and UniquXcel Fashion World, a fashion design company in Ibadan.
Kingston says, tourism is a big deal that everyone wants to try, people love adventure, visit new places, try local dishes and meet new people, the problem is, most tour brand are seriously expensive.
According to him, the brand actually started as a joke among friends, they were planning to go to Ibadan and Abeokuta to eat Amala (a popular Yoruba dish).
According to the team, to cover for most part of the expenses, they bring in sponsors, and have a limit for the number of tourist that can go on each trip.
The first trip will feature a visit to Ibadan (Ibadan Zoo, Ibadan Cultural Center, Ado Awaye and Agodi Gardens) and also Abeokuta (Olumo Rock, OOPL Wildlife Park, Wokcity NG and Bamboo Groove).
Opportunities for anyone to join this trip is still open till 19th December 2018, for Just N10,000 and the tour will run from 21st – 23rd of December 2018.
